Ballagas Realty handles the real estate side: sourcing, pricing, negotiation and closing. Ballagas Construction is a Florida certified general contractor that builds custom homes, spec homes and major renovations. Because the two companies talk to each other, construction questions can be answered before you commit to a property, not after.
You can use our brokerage without our builder, or our builder without our brokerage. Each company is engaged under its own agreement.
