- Pricing, comps and negotiation
- Represents you through closing
- Lists and sells lots, teardowns and finished homes
- Leasing and 1031 exchange buyer support (broker side only, no tax advice)
Ballagas Construction does
State Certified General Contractor CGC1530999
- Custom homes, spec homes and major renovations
- A free preliminary scope and budget review before you sign, if you ask
- Builds under its own contract, separate from any brokerage agreement
You choose
You can use our brokerage without our builder, or our builder without our brokerage. Each company is engaged under its own agreement.
Ballagas Realty LLC (Florida real estate broker, license BK3390345) and Ballagas Construction LLC (Florida certified general contractor, license CGC1530999) are separate companies under common ownership. Using one company is never a condition of working with the other. You are free to choose any brokerage, contractor, lender or other provider. Construction services are provided only by Ballagas Construction LLC.

Buying a teardown for a new home
You send us your criteria. Ballagas Realty finds an older home on a lot that fits. Before you sign, Ballagas Construction gives a free preliminary scope and budget review for a new home. You decide whether to buy, and who builds it.

Selling a lot to a builder
An owner of an older home on a large lot asks Ballagas Realty to sell it. We market it to investors and builders who value the land. The buyer is free to hire any contractor.
Joint ventures and development deals
Open to joint ventures, focused on development
Ballagas is open to joint ventures and favors development deals, where our affiliated builder, Ballagas Construction, is strongest. If you have a site, capital or a project in mind, we are happy to talk about how we might work together.
