For developers and builders
Lots, teardowns and redevelopment sites in Miami-Dade and Broward
We help developers and builders find sites that pencil, and sell finished homes to the right buyers.
How we help
Site sourcing
Vacant lots, teardowns and older homes on valuable parcels in established neighborhoods, on and off the MLS.
Assemblage
Help approaching neighboring owners about combining parcels into a larger site.
Selling finished spec homes
Listing, pricing and marketing for completed homes.
Coordination
We work alongside your architect and contractor, or introduce you to ours if you ask.
Optional, separate company
Need a builder?
Ballagas Construction works with developers on spec homes, ground-up builds and value-add renovations. Ballagas Construction LLC, State Certified General Contractor CGC1530999.
Joint ventures and development deals
Open to joint ventures, focused on development
Ballagas is open to joint ventures and favors development deals, where our affiliated builder, Ballagas Construction, is strongest. If you have a site, capital or a project in mind, we are happy to talk about how we might work together.
This is an invitation to start a conversation. It is not an offer of securities or a promise of any return. Any arrangement is discussed and documented case by case, and you never have to use Ballagas Construction to work with Ballagas Realty.
Tell us what kind of site you need
Share your buy box and we will send properties that match. We respond the same business day. No obligation, and no requirement to use any affiliated service.
