Who we are
Ballagas Realty is an investment and development brokerage focused on Miami and South Florida. We source value-add properties, teardowns and development sites, and present them to investors and developers together with a construction view from Ballagas Construction.
Because one owner leads both companies, an opportunity can be looked at from the real estate side and the build side before you commit. Every investor works directly with the broker.

One owner, two licensed companies
Brokerage and construction, never bundled
Our affiliated builder, Ballagas Construction LLC, is a State Certified General Contractor (CGC1530999) that builds custom homes, spec homes, enlargements and major renovations. When a property calls for construction, the two companies can talk before you commit. You can always use one without the other.
Ballagas Realty LLC (Florida real estate broker, license BK3390345) and Ballagas Construction LLC (Florida certified general contractor, license CGC1530999) are separate companies under common ownership. Using one company is never a condition of working with the other. You are free to choose any brokerage, contractor, lender or other provider. Construction services are provided only by Ballagas Construction LLC.
